Your Role: Driving Growth and Building Relationships

As Area Sales Manager, you’ll represent Sakura’s histopathology products and solutions within your market territory. With a focus on consultative selling and customer success, you will:

  • Achieve sales goals aligned with the territory’s annual plan, focusing on SMART Automation and strategic products.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing professional support and tailoring solutions to client needs.

  • Analyze and report on sales performance monthly, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Leverage CRM tools to ensure transparent and accurate reporting.

  • Collaborate closely with regional teams, including Marketing and Field Service Engineers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Support neighboring territories and contribute to team success by stepping in when needed and participating in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications:

  • A higher education/university degree in a relevant field.

  • Sales experience in diagnostics, preferably in histology, pathology, cytology, or hematology, with expertise in high-value capital investments.

  • Consultative selling knowledge, with a track record of successful customer engagement.

  • Fluency in English and the local language, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • IT proficiency and familiarity with leasing or cost-per-test models.
