Your Role as Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for representing Sakura’s products in Poland. With a consultative sales approach, you will build strong relationships and advise customers on the best solutions for their laboratories. You have a keen

Your Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets as outlined in the annual plan, with a strong focus on SMART Automation solutions.

  • Provide professional support and maintain strong relationships with customers.

  • Prepare and analyze monthly sales reports and track market trends.

  • Utilize CRM systems for reporting and customer management.

  • Collaborate closely with regional Marketing, Field Service Engineers, and Application Specialists.

  • Support neighboring sales territories and participate in strategic projects.


What You Bring:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven commercial experience in diagnostics (e.g., hematology, clinical chemistry), preferably with experience in histology, pathology, cytology, or IHC.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English.

  • Knowledge of consultative selling and experience with high capital investments.

  • Strong IT skills; experience with leasing/cost-per-test structures is a plus.

  • A proactive and customer-focused mindset with a results-driven approach.
