Job description

Sakura Finetek Group is an international manufacturer and supplier of first class, high quality medical diagnostic products.

As a Commercial Data Specialist, you are the driving force behind data-driven decision-making and process optimization within our commercial organization. You combine your knowledge of CRM, BI tools (Qlik Sense, Excel), and process management to enhance the lead-to-order process and provide maximum support to the sales team.

In this role, you provide insight and structure: you develop dashboards and reports that management and sales can use immediately, ensure data quality, and translate analyses into actionable recommendations. You also train and support colleagues in the effective use of CRM and BI tools, while safeguarding standardized processes and documentation (including towards ISO certification).

You work closely with Sales, Marketing, IT, and management, acting as a sparring partner and expert who identifies trends and bottlenecks, proposes solutions, and leads improvement projects. With your mix of analytical insight, process-oriented working, and stakeholder management, you directly contribute to stronger commercial performance.
