To further strengthen our market presence, we are looking for a Corporate Accounts Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing key international accounts in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. This role is critical in developing strategic partnerships, increasing revenue, and promoting value-driven solutions that align with the needs of corporate clients.


The Role

The Corporate Accounts Manager plays a key role in driving long-term partnerships with corporate accounts, including private healthcare groups, laboratory holdings, biopharma companies, and contract research organizations. By understanding customer needs and market dynamics, this role ensures that Sakura’s Customer Value Proposition (CVP) is tailored to corporate decision-makers at the C-suite level.

A strong commercial mindset, strategic planning skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments are essential. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Corporate Accounts Manager develops business strategies, secures framework agreements, and ensures sustainable revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth and Profitability
    Developing and executing commercial initiatives that drive corporate account revenue and profitability. Closing strategic framework agreements with key international accounts.

  • Customer Value Proposition
    Designing and promoting a tailored CVP for corporate accounts, ensuring messaging resonates with healthcare executives and decision-making units.

  • Financial Planning and Account Profitability
    Managing financial planning and forecasting for corporate accounts, ensuring accurate budget management and sustainable growth strategies.

  • Strategic Account Planning
    Developing and executing international strategic plans, ensuring alignment with Sakura’s business objectives and the specific needs of each corporate client.

  • Stakeholder Engagement
    Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, particularly at the C-suite level, to strengthen long-term partnerships.

  • Market Insights and Performance Monitoring
    Gathering and analyzing market intelligence to refine business strategies, improve competitiveness, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Working closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, to ensure a coordinated approach to corporate account management.

  • International Coordination
    Contributing to cross-border initiatives, sharing best practices, and aligning strategies for corporate account success across different markets.

Job requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in histopathology is a big plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate account management or sales, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices.

  • A strong track record in managing C-suite relationships and working across multiple functions to deliver tailored customer solutions.

  • Proven success in driving revenue growth and profitability through strategic account management.

  • An existing network in the assigned corporate structure is highly desirable.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop value-driven solutions.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; an additional European language is a plus.

  • Experience in gathering and leveraging market intelligence to inform decision-making.

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with broader business objectives.

  • A proactive, adaptable approach to managing complex business relationships and evolving market conditions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern analytics platforms.
