The opportunity:

Join Our Dynamic Team at Sakura Finetek Europe BV! We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Manager to lead our teams in the North Region(Sweden, Norway, Denmark, UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, and Belgium). This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer support and building strong client relationships.

  • Lead a Team to Success: Oversee the teams application, implementation and field service engineers in providing outstanding support to our valued clients.
  • Innovate and Improve: Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies to enhance customer support processes and efficiency.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Drive Excellence: Analyse customer feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, prioritise, coach, develop and motivate Application Specialists, Implementation Consultants and Field Service Managers.
  • Working closely with the CO (Central Office) to develop Continuous improvements of Customer Support
  • Keep informed of and implement new developments, enhancements and regulations for Sakura products.
  • Manage, coordinate and monitor all aspects of complaint handling in the area of responsibility.
  • Achieve the personal and team objectives set at the beginning of the financial year.
  • Provide timely and appropriate reporting.
  • Ensure high quality interventions.Participate in various project teams.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if you have:

  • High degree in Laboratory Education or or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of developing a customer support team is a strong advantage.
  • Strong operational leadership and people management skills.
  • Practical approach and ‘’can do’’ mentality.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience working in a corporate & commercial environment.
  • Good knowledge of English, both in written and spoken, other foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Affinity for information transfer during training.
  • Good Microsoft & IT Tools Skills.
