The opportunity:

As an Event and Campaign Specialist, you organise the events of Sakura Finetek Europe and coordinate our marketing campaigns. You work within the marketing team and have regular contact with Product Managers, Customer Marketing Managers, the Communication department and the Sales organisations in Europe.

In this role, you ensure that our events are well-planned, clearly executed, and properly evaluated. You also coordinate marketing campaigns for the European market and track their results. You collect data, record your findings and propose improvements when processes require it.

Job requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Organise and run events and exhibitions
    Plan and execute webinars, customer visits, reference site visits, product demonstrations and exhibitions. Handle all logistics such as locations, suppliers and event materials. Ensure each event is clear, well prepared and useful for customers.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns
    Localise campaigns for different European markets and make sure all materials follow Sakura Finetek Europe templates and communication guidelines. Monitor the rollout and ensure maximising impact and engagement.

  • Coordinate with internal teams
    Serve as the main contact for event and campaign activities in the region. Keep marketing and local sales teams aligned by sharing updates, timelines and requirements. Provide clear information so activities run smoothly across all countries.

  • Use market and customer insights
    Work with available market information and customer profiles to select suitable engagement actions. Make sure campaigns and events match the needs of the intended audience.

  • Monitor event budgets
    Track costs for each event and ensure expenses stay within the agreed budget. Report on spending and outcomes.

 

We perfectly match if

You have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, Event Management or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in event management or campaign coordination at a regional or international level.

  • Practical experience in planning, organising and executing events and exhibitions.

  • The ability to adapt marketing campaigns to different regional needs.

  • The ability to interpret metrics and translate findings into clear actions.

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with teams across countries and functions.

  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time while keeping planning clear.

  • Fluency in English. Additional regional languages are an advantage.

You also have

  • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences sector.

  • A structured and accurate approach with a focus on delivering consistent results.
