To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Events, Campaigns & Lead Generation Specialist who will coordinate high-impact events, adapt marketing campaigns for regional audiences, and manage lead generation processes.
The Role
This role is at the heart of Sakura’s marketing efforts, ensuring that events, campaigns, and lead management initiatives are effectively executed and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with Customer Marketing Managers, the Communication team, and Sales, the Events, Campaigns & Lead Generation Specialist ensures that marketing activities resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.
A strong mix of event planning expertise, campaign execution, and analytical thinking is essential for success in this role. By optimizing processes and tracking performance, this position contributes to the overall impact of marketing initiatives and supports revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Event and Exhibition Coordination
Planning, organizing, and executing events such as webinars, customer visits, reference site visits, demos, and exhibitions. Ensuring alignment with corporate branding and messaging in collaboration with the Corporate Communication Specialist. Managing logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and promotional material preparation.Campaign Localisation
Adapting global marketing campaigns to regional market needs while maintaining consistency with Sakura Finetek Europe’s communication guidelines and templates.Lead Generation and Management
Overseeing the lead management process, ensuring high-quality leads are generated, distributed to sales teams, and effectively followed up. Working with the Commercial Excellence Team to maintain and optimize the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Collaboration and Communication
Acting as the main point of contact for event-related activities within the region. Facilitating communication between marketing and local sales teams, ensuring alignment and best-practice sharing across territories.Market Insights
Monitoring market trends, customer personas, and competitor activities to refine event planning, campaign strategies, and lead generation initiatives.Budget Monitoring
Tracking event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and maximizing return on investment.
What We Are Looking For
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in event management, lead generation, or campaign coordination, preferably within the region.
Experience in the healthcare or life sciences sector is an advantage.
Strong ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing events and exhibitions.
Proven experience in adapting and implementing marketing campaigns for regional audiences.
Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools, ensuring lead quality and conversion tracking.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across diverse teams and regions.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is essential; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
