The opportunity:

Are you a seasoned Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives? Key Responsibilities:

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Executive Team is able to function optimally:

  • Manage complex calendars : Efficiently manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal use of executive time.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritising emails and phone calls. Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations and reports on behalf of executives.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing correspondence, filing systems, expense reports and other administrative tasks. 
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences and events. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes and follow up action items as required.
  • Assist in the management of various projects and initiatives led by the executive team. Conduct research, gather data and prepare reports to support decision making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Act as a liaison between senior executives and various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Coordinate complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and transportation, for executives.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if you

  • have a Bachelor's degree. Business administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • have +5 years experience as an Executive Assistant in an international environment.
  • have an excellent command of English and Dutch, both written & spoken. 
  • Available to work 32 or 40 hours.
  • have excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • have exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • have a high level of customer service and integrity.
  • take a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • have the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and software applications.
