The opportunity:
If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would like to hear from you. As a Field Service Engineer, you will independently support Sakura customers in various technical areas such as installation, training, support, repair, service and warranty.
Your area of responsibility will mainly be the western part of Denmark. Occasional support in other regions may be required & will be arranged in consultation with you.
Key responsibilities:
Provide effective technical support to customers & internal stakeholders.
Manage, co-ordinate, monitor, repair and install Sakura (demonstration) equipment.
Keep abreast of and implement new developments, improvements and regulations for Sakura products.
Maintain a working knowledge of all Sakura equipment by attending regular technical training at the Sakura Academy.
Responsible for effective and efficient complaints handling.
Achieve personal and team goals set at the beginning of the fiscal year.
Timely and adequate reporting through CRM.
Quality assurance.
Participate in various project teams.
Job requirements
We perfectly match if
you have
a secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with a technical(mechanical & electrical) specialisation.
relevant experience in the technical support, preferably in the area of Medical Diagnostics instrumentation but this is not a requirement.
skilled use of computers and Microsoft office software.
a local drivers license.
and you
live nearby or in the western part of Denmark.
have a good command of Danish & English, both spoken and written.
have a strong presentation & communication skills to meet the training and advising requirements.
are customer oriented, connect easily & make an impact at all levels.
are self-organised, structured and independent.
have a pragmatic can-do attitude.
