The opportunity:

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in driving organizational success through effective people strategies? We're seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team. As an HRBP, you will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with HR initiatives, ensuring the development and engagement of our workforce across multiple countries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies for assigned teams, covering recruitment, performance management, talent development, and more.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on people management practices, fostering high-performing teams through coaching and conflict resolution. 
  • Act as a strategic partner to managers, offering insights and recommendations to enhance HR policies and processes.
  • Stay abreast of legal requirements and industry trends, proposing adjustments as needed to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate on HR initiatives such as employee engagement and well-being programs, driving a positive workplace culture.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if you have

  • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
  • Business acumen and ability to think strategically.

and you

  • are fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
  • are people-oriented and liaise easily with internal stakeholders.
  • are a multitask-er, self-starter and proactive.
