A Key Role in an International Business

As an HR Business Partner, you play a vital role in shaping a strong and future-proof organization. Supporting 14 countries, you work closely with managers and employees to develop talent, strengthen leadership, and enhance team effectiveness. You ensure that HR is not just an advisory function but an integral part of the business, actively contributing to organizational success.

In this role, you take ownership of workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development while ensuring compliance and optimizing HR processes. Your ability to connect with people across different teams and cultures allows you to make a tangible impact.


Your Impact

You will:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner, advising managers on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational change.

  • Drive talent development programs and succession planning across multiple countries.

  • Strengthen workforce capacity and team effectiveness.

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders, helping them build engaged and high-performing teams.

  • Implement initiatives focused on sustainable employability and employee well-being.

  • Optimize HR processes and policies to improve efficiency and compliance.

This role requires a balance between long-term HR vision and day-to-day execution. Whether addressing complex employee relations, embedding a strong feedback culture, or leveraging HR technology, you ensure that change is both meaningful and effective.

Job requirements

Who You Are

You are an HR professional with a strong business mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving international environment. You know how to position HR as a key business driver while remaining pragmatic and results-oriented.

You bring:

  • At least five years of HR experience, with at least two years in an HR Business Partner role or similar.

  • A solid foundation in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, using HR metrics to support business insights.

  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a focus on delivering results.

  • Experience working in international and dynamic environments.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of labor laws, GDPR compliance, and HR technology.

You are a natural problem solver who builds strong relationships with leaders and employees alike. You enjoy working in an environment where HR plays a central role in driving business success.
