The opportunity:

This position is open to candidates from all over Spain!

As part of our international Customer Support Team, you will be responsible for the success of implementation of Sakura Advanced SMART Automation solutions at customer sites in Spain. 

As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in the successful implementation of our innovative medical diagnostic solutions, working closely with our customers and regional colleagues to provide expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.


Key responsibilities:

  • Act as Project Leader for Sakura Implementation/Bridge Projects.
  • Lead and participate in multidisciplinary teams .
  • Provide and facilitate training & workshops at customer site.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams & act as a Sakura Expert to continuously improve our implementation processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and deliver projects goals (KPI’s) for Implementation/Bridge Projects.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if

you have

  • +3 experience in a similar implementation role. 
  • a minimum of 3 years experience working at a pathology laboratory is a must.
  • ability to work independently and manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
  • project & change management skills are preferred.
  • medical or science related education with a focus on histology.
  • the ability to creatively solve problems, encourage & motivate others.

and you

  • have a medical or science-related degree with a focus on histology.

  • are fluent in Spanish & have a good command of English. 

  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • are self-organised and structured. 
  • are a strong communicator & can easily connect with stakeholders.
  • enjoy travelling.
