Internal Communication Specialist | Alphen aan den Rijn
As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing & executing the internal communication plans within our international organisation.
You will be reporting to the Manager Marketing & working closely with the management, regional teams, project managers, process owners and the marketing communication team.
Job requirements
Key responsibilities:
- Investigate current communication to determine how successful the internal communication is.
- Enable the communication required to drive change in close collaboration with project managers.
- Define the goals, GAP and improvement plans.
- Investigate and clarify the needs of the end-users.
- Deliver communication plans, develop and deliver communication deliverables & hands-on communication support to overcome the GAP and achieve goals. Including platforms, activities, internal events, budget, planning and responsibilities.
- Lead the execution of communication plans with the different intern stakeholders.
- Responsible for internal activation and awareness campaigns.
- Handling our internal communication channels, intranet and alignment meetings.
- Responsible for crisis communication.
We perfectly match if:
you have
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal communications channels and hands-on communications delivery.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing internal (change) communications plans in an international environment.
- Self-organised and structured, with the ability to define one's tasks.
- Can-do mentality.
- An "owner" and "finisher" of his projects.
You
- Live within a reasonable travelling distance from Alphen aan den den Rijn & feel at home in an international environment.
- have an excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
- are independent.
- connect easily with internal stakeholders.
- are a strong communicator.
- have a good analytical skills & eye for details.
