Internal Communication Specialist | Alphen aan den Rijn

As an Internal Communication Specialist, you will be responsible for developing & executing the internal communication plans within our international organisation.
You will be reporting to the Manager Marketing & working closely with the management, regional teams, project managers, process owners and the marketing communication team.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate current communication to determine how successful the internal communication is.
• Enable the communication required to drive change in close collaboration with project managers.
• Define the goals, GAP and improvement plans.
• Investigate and clarify the needs of the end-users.
• Deliver communication plans, develop and deliver communication deliverables & hands-on communication support to overcome the GAP and achieve goals. Including platforms, activities, internal events, budget, planning and responsibilities.
• Lead the execution of communication plans with the different intern stakeholders.
• Responsible for internal activation and awareness campaigns.
• Handling our internal communication channels, intranet and alignment meetings.
• Responsible for crisis communication.

We perfectly match if:
you have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or Journalism.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal communications channels and hands-on communications delivery.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing internal (change) communications plans in an international environment.
• Self-organised and structured, with the ability to define one's tasks.
• Can-do mentality.
• An "owner" and "finisher" of his projects.

You

• Live within a reasonable travelling distance from Alphen aan den den Rijn & feel at home in an international environment.
• have an excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
