The opportunity:

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the world of IT? Sakura Finetek Europe BV is looking for an enthusiastic IT Coordinator to join our innovative team. 

As the IT Coordinator, you will dive into the heart of our IT department. You will:

  • be the master of coordination, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders, our IT wizards, and external Oracle support partners.
  • step into the spotlight as the go-to person for all Oracle Cloud matters.
  • drive the engine of efficiency and progress in our Oracle Cloud environment, ensuring seamless operations and continuous enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

Incident Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle Cloud-related incidents.
  • Quickly assess and prioritize incidents to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Coordinate with internal IT team and external support partners for efficient issue resolution.
  • Escalate critical incidents as necessary and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyse incidents to identify trends and predict potential influences on incident inflow.

Enhancements and Upgrades:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance existing Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Manage end-to-end process of implementing enhancements and upgrades.
  • Ensure thorough testing and validation of all changes before implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align enhancements with business objectives.

IT Projects:

  • Co-lead Oracle Cloud-related projects, including implementations, migrations, and integrations.
  • Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and upcoming deliverables.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if you have

  • Proven experience (+2 years) in IT project management, preferably focused on Oracle Cloud but is not a must.
  • basic understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, features and services.
  • leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with the ITIL framework and incident management processes is a plus.
  • Data analysis experience and/or experience with data analysis tools.

and you

  • have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. (Master's degree preferred).
  • preferably hold a project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2).
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • have an excellent command of English, both written & spoken.
  • Self-starter and proactive.
  • are self-organised and structured.
