The opportunity:

Are you ready to take on a dynamic role in the world of IT? Sakura Finetek Europe BV is looking for an enthusiastic IT Coordinator to join our innovative team. 

As the IT Coordinator, you will dive into the heart of our IT department. You will:

  • be the master of coordination, bridging the gap between internal stakeholders, our IT wizards, and external Oracle support partners.
  • step into the spotlight as the go-to person for all Oracle Cloud matters.
  • drive the engine of efficiency and progress in our Oracle Cloud environment, ensuring seamless operations and continuous enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

Incident Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related incidents, ensuring rapid and effective response.
  • Lead the prioritization and resolution of incidents to minimize business impact.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to drive efficient issue resolution.
  • Analyze incident trends to identify and mitigate potential future issues.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within our IT landscape.

Enhancements and Upgrades:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhancing existing IT solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of implementing enhancements and upgrades, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Ensure that all changes are thoroughly tested and validated before implementation to maintain system integrity.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.

IT Projects:

  • Lead IT projects, including implementations, migrations, and integrations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation in coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
  • Act as the primary liaison with external (Oracle) support partners, managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate vendor activities, including incident resolution, service requests, and project implementations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to vendors to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all IT configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Develop training materials and conduct knowledge sharing sessions to empower internal teams with Oracle Cloud expertise.
  • Promote best practices and standardization to optimize the use of IT resources.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if you have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience (5 years) in IT project management (Oracle Cloud is preferred).
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture, functionalities, and services.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
  • Experience with ITIL framework and incident management processes is a plus.
  • Data analysis experience and or experience with data analysis tools.
