Sakura Finetek Europe BV is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Legal department as a Junior Corporate Lawyer.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Legal Counsel & Corporate Lawyer EMEAI, and gain valuable hands-on experience in corporate law.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain the organization of the legal database,
• Ensure that the information and links on the Legal Team in I-Sakura are up to date.
• Draft letters, update documents with information provided.
• Ensure that all documents available under templates in Legal Hub are write-protected and updated where and when necessary. 
• Organize the storage of original agreements and other official legal documents.
• Assist the Senior Company & Corporate Lawyer as needed.

We perfectly match if you

• have a degree in Business Law is preferred. Students in their final year of study (Business Law) are also encouraged to apply for this position.
• are available 3days=24h/week.
• have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• have excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
• have ability to multi-task, are accurate & have good organisational skills.
• have attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• are proficient in MS Office (must) & SharePoint (nice to have).
