To serve our national & international colleagues as well as our partners, we are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Specialist to join our team.
As a Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating our learning programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and developing learning experiences based on business needs.
- React to business needs and work with all stakeholders to create effective learning and development activities.
- Find, manage and assess suitability of suppliers and partners in learning and facilities.
- Provide support for trainers, coaches and mentors to perform their learning roles optimally.
- Evaluate learning, effectiveness, quality and perform regular improvements.
- Support, coordination, planning and execution of training sessions, meetings, webinars and events.
Job requirements
We perfectly match if
you have
- a continuous improvement mindset and customer focus.
- a bachelor degree in Learning and Development or HR.
- +3 years relevant working experience in an international organization.
- Proven ability in developing digital learning content and programs.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Learning Management Systems (preferably Moodle or Totara).
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office suite including teams as well as the e-learning development tools (Articulate 360, TTS, Lectora etc.).
- Able to use various online tools like surveys, webinar tools etc.
and you
- have passion for people development.
- have an excellent command of English, both verbal and written. Dutch is preferred.
- are self-organised & structured.
- are a strong communicator who can connect easily with stakeholders.
- have strong analytical skills with pragmatic approach.
