The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Customer Service to lead and optimize our customer service operations across multiple teams. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our customer service strategies align with broader company objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive customer service strategy that aligns with company goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to drive customer satisfaction.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop customer service managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
Operational Excellence: Implement best practices to optimize both front-office and back-office operations.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations.
Job requirements
Your Profile
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in international customer service management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems, and data-driven decision-making.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
Collaboration: Experience working across multiple departments to enhance overall efficiency.
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with industry regulations such as IVDR and ISO13485 is a plus.
Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
