The opportunity:

As a Manager Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for leading and coordinating Field Service Engineers in Northern Germany and Poland. You ensure high-quality technical support, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience throughout the region.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Technical Support, you translate departmental and company strategy into operational execution. In this role, you work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support an integrated customer journey.

As a people leader, you foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous development. You act as a mentor, coach, and facilitator, creating a safe environment in which team members can perform, grow, and contribute to shared success.

Job requirements

We Perfectly match if

you have

  • A higher education degree with a technical or engineering specialization.

  • At least 5 years of experience leading a team of engineers.

  • Proven experience in people management, coaching, and developing teams.

  • Strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and performance management capabilities.

  • An understanding of industry-specific regulations, such as IVDR and ISO13485, and the ability to translate regulatory requirements into compliant processes, governance structures, and quality standards.

  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German.

  • Experience in the medical device, diagnostics, or a related regulated industry is preferred.
