The opportunity
As an Oracle Cloud ERP Specialist, you make sure our Oracle environment runs smoothly and continues to meet the needs of the business. You work closely with colleagues from Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments. You collect questions and change requests, translate them into concrete improvements, and coordinate with our support partner in India (NexInfo) for more complex third-line issues.
You are also responsible for handling change requests and supporting projects that improve or expand system functionality. You work in a small team of four Oracle specialists, each with their own area of focus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the Oracle Cloud ERP environment.
Handle change requests and perform testing on system updates.
Translate functional questions into technical solutions.
Identify and implement process and system improvements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and with NexInfo in India.
Document system changes and process agreements.
Safeguard data quality, security, and system stability.
Job requirements
We perfectly match if
you have
At least 3 years of experience with ERP solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP
Experience with Oracle ERP or -CPQ; knowledge of -CX or -HCM modules is also welcome.
Experience within larger organizations that already use Oracle.
Ability to translate both functional and technical requirements into practical solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
Experience with Oracle Reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, or SmartView ) is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
Good command of English is mandatory
