The opportunity:

As a Paralegal at Sakura you support the General Counsel with legal and administrative tasks. You assist the business with basic legal requests. You ensure that all document repositories are complete and kept up to date with required legal information such as UBO details. You maintain the legal and ownership structure and manage all documentation related to directors and shareholders. You perform legal reviews of required statements and you manage the full signature process through DocuSign.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Support the General Counsel as needed.

  • Prepare draft letters and perform basic legal work, including reviewing and updating agreements and other documents based on provided information, and reviewing statements and disclaimers.

  • Develop and maintain templates for standard types of agreements.

  • Perform general administrative tasks.

  • Maintain an organized and accurate legal database.

  • Properly organize, store, and manage original agreements and other official legal documents.

  • Ensure that all information and links on the Legal Team page on the intranet are accurate and up to date.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if

you have

 

  • Preferably completed a (Business) Law degree at a recognized Dutch HBO or has equivalent recent professional experience.

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar legal role.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken, written, and reading).

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and an interest in reading long, complex legal texts.

  • Proficient in MS Office (required); experience with SharePoint is a plus.

  • Capable of managing multiple topics simultaneously while maintaining overview, structure, and prioritization.

  • Diligent, accurate and equipped with strong organizational skills.

  • Skilled in archiving and document management.

  • Flexible and able to work independently.
