What will you do?
As a Service Innovation Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and refining our service offerings to enhance customer experience and ensure our product-related services are efficient, effective, and user-focused. Working closely with various teams and stakeholders, you will create innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations and contribute to our continuous growth.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Service Design Projects: From research and ideation to prototyping and evaluation, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Customer Insights and Innovation: Conduct user research, map customer journeys, and create service blueprints to visualize and optimize service delivery.
Prototyping and Usability Testing: Design and improve prototypes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction, ensuring services meet both customer expectations and business goals.
Collaboration and Integration: Work with customer support, supply chain, Product Marketing Managers, and other stakeholders to develop user-centric services.
Service Implementation and Training: Oversee the rollout of new services, provide training, and ensure smooth integration into existing workflows.
Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Analyze feedback and service performance to drive continuous improvement and enhance user experience.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure services comply with medical device regulations and maintain high standards of user-centric innovation.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use data and feedback to enhance service effectiveness and ensure alignment with business and customer needs.
Job requirements
What do we ask of you?
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Business, User Experience, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
At least 5 years of experience in service design, user experience design, or related roles, ideally within the healthcare sector.
Proven ability to turn customer feedback into actionable insights and drive service improvements.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and healthcare professionals.
Proficiency in design tools, methodologies, and frameworks for user-centered design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize services.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Affinity for technical products, including software and hardware.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
Proficiency with modern design and research tools.
