The opportunity:

We are looking for a Product Manager Service Solutions to market and develop our service portfolio. In this role the focus is not on physical products but on value added services  to support our customers.

Our service ranges from different maintenance offerings to consultancy services

Key Responsibilities

The Product Manager Service Solutions is responsible for:

  • developing our service strategy

  • the marketing mix of our current offering

  • monitoring service performance and act upon deviations

  • developing future services based on customer insights.

In your role you regularly assess the effectiveness of our service implementation and you identify opportunities for improved and new services that drive revenue and maximize customer satisfaction. Furthermore, given the nature of the services it is important to work cross functional.

This is a new position within Marketing created to strengthen our focus on service-driven value.

We welcome candidates with a background in service development outside pathology for example from the MedTech or the automotive industry who have experience building and managing service portfolios.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if

you have

  • 3–5 years of experience in services or consultancy in an international environment. Preferably in medical devices, life sciences, MedTech or automotive.

  • Experience with intangible products such as maintenance contracts or consultancy services.

  • Strong analytical skills and a practical, customer-focused approach.

  • Excellent communication skills in English. Other languages are an advantage.

  • Experience in pathology is helpful but not required.
