Interim QA Support Specialist (3 months)
Support that contributes to quality care
At Sakura Finetek Europe, quality is at the core of everything we do. As a trusted partner in cancer diagnostics, we deliver innovative solutions that help laboratories around the world perform at their best. To keep our quality processes running smoothly during a busy period, we're looking for a temporary QA Support Specialist to join our team for a period of 3 months.
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on administrative and organisational support to our Quality Assurance team. From keeping documentation up to date to assisting with internal audits and processing quality data, you’ll be a key player behind the scenes. No heavy responsibilities—but a valuable role in supporting our ongoing commitment to quality.
You’ll be part of the Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs team and report to the Manager RA&QA.
Your contribution
Support the maintenance of the QMS in line with ISO 9001/13485
Support the electronic management systems e.g document management system
Assist with planning and preparation for internal audits
Collect, enter, and check quality data and documentation
Help follow up on actions related to CAPAs and complaints
Organise and maintain QA files, records, and reports
Assist in QA-related communications
Serve as a go-to support for practical QA-related requests
Job requirements
What you bring
MBO+ or HBO level of education, preferably in a relevant field
Experience in an administrative or supportive role, ideally within QA in medical device (IVD) or related regulated industry
Accuracy and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with QA tools is a plus
Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
A proactive, collaborative mindset and a willingness to lend a hand
