The opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Specialist to focus on creating efficient processes around customer contracts and ensuring our sales organisation is compliant with the internal and external processes and regulations. 

You work closely with Sales and Legal to empower the sales organisation to be compliant to said rules and regulations, monitor and identify risks and streamline processes to improve overall sales efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing Customer Contracts, relevant experience as Sales Operations Specialist within an international company, have a strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance of customer contracts.
  • Ensure a smooth process for evaluating contracts with non-standard terms and conditions.
  • Create sales and sales operations dashboards to monitor contract compliance.
  • Train salespeople and all employees directly involved in sales on how to comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Support the sales organization to ensure compliance awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
  • Monitor adherence to internal and external policies and procedures.
  • Conduct internal audits to identify potential risks and weaknesses in sales contract compliance.
  • Identify compliance risks associated with customer contracts and internal sales processes.
  • Liaise with legal to identify and mitigate contractual risks.
  • Oversee contract execution, ensuring all parties fulfil their contractual obligations.

Job requirements

We perfectly match if you

  • have proven experience (minimum 3 years) in contract management or Sales Operations.
  • have a good ability to interpret regulations & a basic understanding of the legal framework.
  • have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • have the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.

and you

  • have an excellent command of English, both written & spoken.
  • have a higher vocational or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable.
  • are self-organised and structured.
  • liaise easily with internal stakeholders.
