Manager Marketing | North Region


The position
Market Sakura’s products and solutions in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Belgium and the Netherlands. Analyse the market, use the strategy, plan tactics and get results. Inspire to buy-in to your plans, that’s what this role is all about!

Our High-Tech instruments enable the laboratory to automate and standardise various processes in histopathology. SMART Automation is efficient, innovative and effective. And above all, an exceptional customer experience. 

Our vision: We want to be the first company to fully automate anatomic pathology!
Realising this vision, means marketing solutions to the public & private healthcare sector in throughout the North Region. In close cooperation with Ruud Nagel’s team in the Netherlands. And Danny Knight is helping you out in the UK & Ireland.

The North Region Team
A passionate group of people working in Field Service, Customer Support, Area Sales Management, Application Support and off course: Marketing! Together servicing the public & private health sector in the region.
You’ll be teaming up & be part of the leadership with Jette Elkjaer, Lene Jørgensen, Wesley Gater, Jan Klijn, reporting directly to Flemming Juncker.  

 You are

  • responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan
  • managing the marketing budget
  • at the centre of all sales activities and promotions
  • commercial aware and sales driven
  • accountable for pricing, margin, quantity and volumes
  • challenged by complex DMU’s
  • enjoying giving presentations to clients

 You have

  • sound business acumen and excellent people skills
  • a track record in the field of medical equipment i.e., business-to-business capital investments
  • outstanding presentation, influential and persuasive skills
  • the ability to encourage and inspire people
  • a relevant university degree and the ambition to make an impact!


  • live in the North Region and feel at home in an international environment
  • naturally communicate at strategic, tactical and operational level
  • take and share responsibility 
  • can express yourself fluently in English & another local language, both verbal and written
  • reach out, team up and deliver!
