Customer Service Assistant

The position
As a customer service assistant you are the backbone of our sales, service and marketing organisation! You manage all customer related administrative processes in the area of sales, supply chain and service support for the local team.  

You are responsible for
  • the administrative process of the total local workflow, from order entry to invoice
  • organisational and administrative support to the local colleagues
  • maintain and act according to the back-office procedures, ensuring excellent quality

You have 

  • a true customer focus
  • an administrative education with direction sales or marketing
  • a can-do mentality
  • excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, experience with database applications.


  • live in the area of Umkirch, Germany and feel at home in an international environment
  • communicate in an open and good way
  • can express yourself fluently in German and English both verbal and written 
  • have knowledge of the Polish language (optional)
